Sunday Scrappin April 27

It's Sunday Scrappin once again. The days and weeks have been flying by lately. If you haven't checked out Sunday Scrappin I suggest you do, you will be glad you did. It's a wonderful group of crafters who share their TA Da's (Completed Goals) and their TA Do's (weeks goals). The great thing is there is no pressure if you don't complete the goals, and everyone in the group is very supportive.

I put all the pictures onto CD for my BIL and SIL from the kids birthday party last week. I made them a cute cover to hold the CD. I mailed the package out on Thursday and you will never believe what I did. I was so worried about the cover I forgot to put the CD in the cover. You will notice in the picture the CD is in the holder while I took it out to make sure the pictures did actually go onto CD and they were all flipped correctly and I forgot to put it back in the case. On the bright side they loved the case I made. LOL!

This card I actually made last week but shared it this week (couldn't post until I gave it to my sister). I actually forgot to give it to her last weekend. I'm on a roll lately LOL!

This card I made for DH just because

I want to scrapbook at least 2 layouts this week
I have 2 birthday cards I need to make
I have a card idea that I want to make, it's for no particular occasion

Bonus Question Do you buy patterned paper just because you like it, or because you have something specific in mind? I am so bad with this, I tend to buy paper for no reason other then one day I'm sure I'll have a need for it or it's just so pretty. Another down fall of mine is if they have patterned paper on clearance I must have 4 sheets of each because I don't want to go to do a layout and think oh that paper I saw at X would be perfect to find out they no longer carry it. I'm sure when Jeff (my husband) sees this post he will have a comment for sure.

The dog sitting card is adorable ... great idea with the CD cover. Might have to do that when I burn pictures to CD for people.

Can't wait to see the pages you intend to scrapbook this week.

The cards are so cute!

I'm that way with paper too, only I only buy 3 of each kind! :-) Joann's Etc by my house often has paper 6 for a dollar, so the pieces are 16 cents a piece. How can any scrapping girl resist, I ask you?

Good luck with your to-dos this week!

Mailing the empty (but very pretty) CD case totally sounds like something that I would do, LOL! :)

Have a great week, Chrissy!
