Sunday Scrappin #43

These weeks are just flying by. Hard to believe that this week the kids in our area go back to school. Where has the summer gone? I hope everyone is having a fun and safe Labor Day weekend. Our plans consist of me staying in my craft room.

It's my favorite part of Sunday, Sunday Scrappin time. It's a terrific group, come over and join us.

Last weeks challenge was to create something with texture. I made several cards this past week using my cuttlebug embossing folders. The past few weeks I have gotten so much out of my cuttlebug, I love that thing. It makes embossing so much easier and I love the look.

Cards for a Cause part 1 (several cards in this post)
Cards for a Cause part 2 (several cards in this post)

I have a scrapbook page that I started that I would like to get finished
I would like to order on scraping our lake george trip but I picked up the wrong ink cartridge
I have cards for WishRak (a new group I joined) challenges to complete
I have cards for the troops that have to be mailed this week
I have several card ideas of my own (non - challenge) that I want to work on
I have to mail some birthday cards this week

Phew that's it that I can think of right now. LOL

Next week's challenge is to dig out an unopened embellishment that you have in your stash and actually USE IT! We all tend to hoard the little things that we pick up.... c'mon, you know you do... so let's dig them out and put them to good use this week. This will be an easy challenge I have tons of things in my stash never openend the question is what one do I use.

Your cards are great! I have a cuttlebug but haven't used any of the embossing folders that I own. I may have to break them out this weekend. Happy Sunday!

Yep, I'm definitely jealous of your Cuttlebug. ;) Your cards are always so great.

And by the way, my DD started school two full weeks ago- can you believe that?

I love the "Boo" card. Of course, fall and halloween are my favorite times of year. But all the cards are beautiful.

You make the cutest cards! You have a lot on your to-do list this week, too. I'm anxious to see your scrapbook page. Have a great week!
